License Plate Recognition Cameras
Innovation Carpark is ticketless. The car park entry and exit have a license plate recognition camera. The camera recognises the number plate on entry and raises the barrier arm.

Short-term and Casual users: Pay for parking by entering your car license plate at the pay station.

Long-term lease tenants: Each leaseholder can register two license plates per lease. The camera recognises the license plate and raises the barrier arm. The LPR system has “anti-pass-back” technology, which dictates that the next action by the leaseholder’s car must be to exit the car park. The leaseholder may only have one registered car in the car park at a time.

Car-Park Operating Hours
Long-term leaseholders can use the car park 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For security purposes, the roller security screen at the bottom of the ramp and the staircase doors are closed from midnight to 5.30am.

Permanent & Work Day Leaseholders
Permanent leaseholders are part of their Company’s long-term lease of the car park and have access to the building as defined by the terms.

Work Day leaseholders have a parking contract with Innovation Carpark Limited. The leaseholder or Innovation Carpark Limited must provide the other party one (1) months' notice if they want to terminate the lease arrangement or if Innovation Carpark Limited intends to change the rental payment amount.

If a leaseholder leaves the employment for their Innovation Precinct employer, Innovation Carpark Limited will allow rental payments to cease on the last verified date of their employment.

CCTV / Security Cameras
The building has several CCTV / Security Cameras. All video footage is saved and backed up. If any leaseholder has any security concerns, please contact us.

If any Leaseholder or member of the public causes damage and this can be verified, the person(s) creating the damage will be required to pay for its repair.
